Project Summary
The story was first created for a dialogue-driven game. Then I re-design the structure of the story and turn it into a two-ending children’s book. In the middle of the story, two plots are ready for audience to choose.

LOGLINE: Squonk is a lion-butterfly hybrid who lives in a full-lion society. In their eyes he is a weirdo. At school, he constantly suffers from bullying and humiliation, which leads to his self-loathing and social anxiety. The unexpected appearance of a ladybird-witch changes his life. In order to gain the ability to fly, she schemes to cheat Squonk out of his wings. Exploiting Squonk’s insecurity in his appearance, the witch offers to trade his wings with the method to become a full lion. The decision he makes will take him on a gripping adventure. On the road, Squonk will not only encounter his first friend, the unicorn Lycan, but also gradually realize who he is.
